Sung-Yoon Lee, author of the book, is a Korea specialist at the Woodrow Wilson International Center in Washington. A longtime professor of modern Korean History at Fletcher School of Tufts University, he has lectured and written extensively on Korean issues, of both North and South. His latest book, as the title indicates, focuses on Kim Yo Jong, the younger sister of top leader Kim Jong Un who often generates global headlines with her sulfurous comments on US and South Korean leaders.
